Delivery is from 6 business days from the date the items are shipped out from the USA provided there is no customs or clearing delays.
No, we accept full payments ahead of all deliveries.
The minimum package weight is 6KG. There is however no maximum limit.
We offer affordable rates; our rates depend on the weight/ dimensions of the packages but generally our rates start from $6.50/lb. Please note that 1lb is 0.45kg. For more information, please contact us.
We guarantee safety of your items with minimum insurance as provided by the Airline. Clients are however advised to purchase additional (full) insurance coverage to cover the loss or damage of their package.
Yes, we currently pick up if your items are within the Chicagoland area and can also arrange pick ups from other states via FEDEX Services at additional costs. Also at additional charges, we deliver directly to your doorsteps in Lagos and other states in Nigeria. NB: Additional fees apply for pickup and delivery services. Farratti provides our clients with a tracking number to enable tracking of their packages on our website. In fact, we are proactive and therefore send you regular notifications throughout the journey of your goods to you.
