1. The handling fee is non-refundable, non-negotiable and non-transferrable to subsequent orders. Handling fee applies to one transaction. As an example, you’ll pay only one handling fee for one transaction that contains orders you placed from multiple sites and will be a single delivery/shipment to your address in Lagos.

1b. Payment of handling fee automatically implies the client has read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

2. Shipping costs are calculated based on FX rates obtainable on the day of shipment. Shipment outside of Lagos attract additional charges; weight and address once provided will enable Farratti provide an accurate shipping fee quote.

3a. The minimum shipment weight is 6kg. Should your package be less than this, you will be charged shipping cost for the prescribed minimum weight.

3b. Weights are approximated. As an example, if your package is 7.07kg, this will be approximated to 8kg.

3c. Packages are weighed and calculated based on volume or deadweight, whichever is higher.

4. If you’re placing orders on multiple sites, all your orders must be at our USA address within 2 business days after we receive your first order. Subsequent deliveries at our USA address attract a fee of USD5 (N940). FX rate assumed N188 per $1 (the FX is subject to change without notice).

5. Once we ship your package (we ship on Fridays), any orders delivered to our USA address will be treated as a separate/ new transaction. A fresh handling fee, shipping cost etc must be paid by you.

5b. Farratti will not be held liable for delayed deliveries from the online merchants your orders were placed. Please ensure you choose the appropriate delivery timeline to suit T&Cs number 4 above.

6. Farratti can not be held liable for misspelt USA delivery address whilst placing your order. Please take note of the address we provided and enter this accurately whilst placing your order.

7. All payments due to Farratti must be paid before any dispatch of your goods from the USA.

8. Farratti can only hold on to your goods at our Lagos office for a period not exceeding 1 week after you’ve been notified that your goods are ready for collection . Pickup after this period attracts a fee of N1000 per day. (Applicable to pick-up clients only)

9. All packages received by Farratti are subject to inspection throughout the delivery journey from USA to Nigeria.

10. Via email to Farratti the client is required to disclose the type of goods prior to placing orders as there are goods marked as contrabands and can not be shipped by Farratti.
